  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Olive oil for frying
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix until well blended.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring an even coat.

  5. Cook the chicken for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
