Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup vegetables (e.g., spinach, bell peppers)
  • 1/2 cup cheese (optional)
  • Spices (e.g., salt, pepper)
  • Herbs (e.g., parsley, chives)

Instructions

  1. In a jar, combine oats with milk or yogurt.
  2. Stir in your favorite fruits.
  3. Seal the jar and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  5. In a bowl, whisk the eggs. Mix in chopped vegetables and cheese if using.
  6. Pour the mixture into muffin tins.

Notes
