A quick and juicy air fryer chicken breast recipe that’s perfect for weeknight dinners or meal prepping.

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry using paper towels.
  3. Combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  4. Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken breasts.
  5. Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Use a meat thermometer to check that the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For an added kick, substitute some spices with cayenne pepper or chili powder. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
