Instructions

  1. Make the wells: Begin by using a sturdy glass to gently press down in the center of each bread slice.
  2. Butter the bread: Spread a generous layer of salted butter on both slices.
  3. Prepare the air fryer: Place the air fryer rack into the basket and lightly spray with oil.
  4. Crack the eggs: Crack each egg into a small dish.
  5. Fill the indentations: Carefully pour an egg into the well in each slice of bread.
  6. Season: Sprinkle a pinch of kosher salt and black pepper on top.
  7. Air fry: Cook at 375℉ for about 6 minutes for runny yolks.
