A quick and delicious recipe for juicy grilled chicken using an air fryer, perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • lbs Springer Mountain Farms chicken breast portions
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ¾ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1¾ tsp salt
  • 1¼ tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Prepare Chicken: Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl.
  2. Mix Seasoning: In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and paprika.
  3. Coat Chicken: Drizzle olive oil over the chicken, then toss until evenly coated. Make sure to rub the seasoning mix into all sides of the chicken.
  4. Prepare Air Fryer: Brush the bottom of the air fryer basket with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  5. Arrange Chicken: Lay the chicken breasts in the basket in a single layer, ensuring there’s space between each piece for even cooking.
  6. Air Fry: Air fry at 380°F for 10 minutes. Then, flip the chicken and cook for another 10 minutes. Use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove any pieces that are done; if any are undercooked, return them to the air fryer and continue cooking in 3-minute intervals.
  7. Rest: Let the chicken rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing or serving.

Notes

You can easily swap out the spices based on what you have on hand. For a flavor boost, consider drizzling some homemade barbecue sauce or a squeeze of fresh lemon juice right before serving!
