A delightful fusion of warm cinnamon, sweet apples, and creamy cottage cheese, perfect for breakfast or dessert.

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 large apple, peeled and finely diced
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats or almond flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  2. Whisk together the cottage cheese, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Stir in the rolled oats or almond flour, ground cinnamon, and baking powder until evenly mixed.
  4. Fold in the diced apple, ensuring it’s evenly distributed throughout the batter.
  5. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Allow it to cool slightly before slicing into squares and serving.
