A delightful breakfast dish that combines creamy avocado, crispy bacon, and a fried egg on toasted artisan bread.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of artisan bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 slices of crispy bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • Hot honey (to drizzle)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Toast the artisan bread until it achieves a lovely golden brown color.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until it becomes crispy; then transfer it to a paper towel to drain excess grease.
  3. Using the same skillet, fry the eggs to your preferred doneness.
  4. While the eggs are cooking, mash the avocado in a bowl, seasoning it with salt and pepper.
  5. Once the toast and eggs are ready, spread a layer of the mashed avocado onto each slice of toasted bread.
  6. Top each slice with a piece of crispy bacon and a fried egg.
  7. Finish with a drizzle of hot honey and serve immediately.
