  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a bowl until blended.
  3. Rub the spice mixture evenly over each boneless chicken breast.
  4. Arrange the seasoned chicken in a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and the juices run clear.
  6. Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Notes

Let the chicken sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking for even cooking. Don’t skip the resting time after cooking.
