Delicious and crispy Baked Chicken Bites, a healthier twist on chicken nuggets that are perfect for weeknight dinners and gatherings.

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Dip each piece of chicken in the beaten egg, ensuring it’s completely coated.
  4. Roll the chicken pieces in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.

Notes
