A quick and delicious baked chicken breast recipe that’s perfect for weeknight dinners or family gatherings.

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon dried herbs (thyme, oregano, or rosemary)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry using paper towels.
  3. Brush both sides of the chicken breasts with olive oil.
  4. Mix together garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and any optional dried herbs.
  5. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
  6. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, ensuring the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
