  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., zucchini, bell peppers, broccoli)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a baking dish, lay out the chicken breasts. Generously season them with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
