  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Chives
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

  • 1 cup Bell Peppers
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1/2 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until everything is well-blended.
  3. Stir in the fresh chives, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Make sure all flavors are well incorporated.
  4. Carefully add the drained bell peppers, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes to the mixture, gently folding everything to combine.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly across the surface.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the eggs have set.
  7. Allow it to cool slightly before cutting into squares and serving.
