A simple yet elegant dish featuring juicy chicken breasts coated in a crunchy Parmesan and breadcrumb crust.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil, ensuring they’re evenly coated.
  4. Press each breast into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring a good coating adheres to the chicken.
  5. Arrange the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

For an extra crispy crust, consider broiling the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes of baking. Let the coated chicken rest for about 10 minutes before serving.
