  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Toss in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine.
