Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas until you achieve a smooth, creamy texture.
  3. Add almond milk, honey (or maple syrup), cinnamon, and salt to the mashed bananas and mix until well-blended.
  4. Stir in the rolled oats, ensuring they’re fully coated in the banana mixture.
