Instructions

  1. Mash the ripe bananas until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the rolled oats and eggs to the mashed bananas, mixing until fully combined.

  4. Pour small amounts of the pancake batter into the skillet, forming pancakes.
  5. Cook each pancake for 2-3 minutes on one side until golden brown.
  6. Flip the pancakes and cook the other side until done, about 1-2 minutes.
