A vibrant and quick Beef Stir Fry with Noodles that’s perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups assorted vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 8 oz noodles (egg noodles or rice noodles)
  • Optional: sesame seeds and green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and drizzle with a bit of oil to prevent sticking. Set aside.
  2. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the vegetable oil and wait for it to shimmer.
  3. Add the thinly sliced beef in a single layer. Sear for about 3–4 minutes until browned, then remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, add the minced garlic and ginger. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Toss in the assorted vegetables and stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Return the cooked beef to the pan, adding the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
  7. Finally, toss in the cooked noodles, mixing to combine and heating through for about 1–2 minutes.
  8. Serve your stir-fry immediately, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.

Notes

Slice the beef against the grain for optimal tenderness, and do not overcrowd the pan during cooking.
