Delightful overnight oats that taste like cake, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter or cashew butter (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a sealable container, combine rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, almond extract, almond butter (if using), and a pinch of salt.
  2. Stir well to ensure all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
  3. Cover the container with a lid and place it in the fridge for a few hours, or ideally overnight.
  4. When you’re ready to enjoy, scoop the mixture into jars or bowls. Add your desired toppings, like more sprinkles or fresh fruit, and dig in!

Notes

For a sweeter taste, adjust the amount of maple syrup as preferred. Can add seasonal fruits or chocolate chips for variations.
