Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the old-fashioned rolled oats, chia seeds, 3 cups of water or milk, the remaining maple syrup, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir continuously until creamy and smooth.
  3. Layer the bottom of your jars with the blueberry mixture, followed by the oats mixture on top.
  4. Securely cover your jars and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
  5. In the morning, stir your oats and add extra blueberries or a drizzle of maple syrup if desired. Enjoy chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

For creamier oats, let them soak longer. Swap ingredients for variety, using different fruits or dairy-free alternatives.
