A fast and satisfying Breakfast Bagel Sandwich filled with fluffy eggs, crispy bacon or sausage, and melted cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 bagel
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 slice of cheese (cheddar or American)
  • 2 slices of bacon or 1 sausage patty
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. Slice the bagel in half and toast it until it reaches your desired crispiness.
  2. Cook the bacon or sausage in a frying pan until it’s browned and fully cooked through.
  3. Remove the meat from the pan, add a bit of butter, and let it melt.
  4. Crack the eggs into the pan. Cook them sunny side up or scrambled, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Place the slice of cheese on top of the eggs when they are nearly cooked. Cover the pan briefly to let the cheese melt.
  6. Assemble your sandwich: layer the cooked meat and cheesy eggs, then top with the other half of the bagel.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy this breakfast delight!
