  • 8 slices Bacon
  • 1 lb Sausage
  • 12 slices Bread
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 cups Cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups Fruits, diced
  • 2 cups Pancake mix
  • 1/2 cup Maple syrup
  • 2 cups Vegetables (bell peppers, onions, etc.), chopped
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 cup Granola

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs and milk in a large mixing bowl until fully combined. Set aside.
  3. Cook the chopped bacon and sausage in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
  4. Layer slices of bread in a baking dish and sprinkle cheese generously on top. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and cheese.
  5. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
