Warm, flaky biscuits filled with cheesy scrambled eggs and savory sausage, baked to golden perfection.

Ingredients

  • 1 can Southern Homestyle Buttermilk Biscuits
  • 1½ cups mild cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup scrambled eggs
  • 8 precooked sausage links, chopped
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and spray a 12-inch skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Flatten each biscuit to about ⅛-inch thickness to create a good base for filling.
  3. Fill each biscuit with shredded cheese, scrambled eggs, and chopped sausage.
  4. Pinch the edges tightly to seal the fillings inside. Place them seam-side down in the skillet.
  5. Brush the tops with melted butter mixed with salt for added flavor.
  6. Bake for 20-23 minutes until they are golden brown and irresistible.
  7. Brush with any remaining butter and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
