Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Brush the flatbreads lightly with olive oil and warm them in the skillet for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  3. Whisk the eggs in a bowl, seasoning them generously with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the seasoned eggs onto the warm flatbreads in the skillet.
