  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 4 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until fully blended.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture.
  4. Scramble gently until just set but still moist.
  5. Spread the scrambled eggs evenly over the pre-made pizza crust.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the eggs.
