Irresistible Brownie Cookies that combine the fudgy richness of brownies in a fun cookie format.

  • 1 box Duncan Hines Brownie Mix
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/2 cup nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well blended.
  3. If desired, fold in the chocolate chips and nuts for extra texture and flavor.
  4. Use a spoon to drop rounded tablespoons of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are set but the centers remain slightly soft.
  6. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

For a richer cookie, substitute melted butter for vegetable oil. Store cookies in an airtight container for up to a week or freeze with parchment paper between layers.
