  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup assorted fruits
  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup cheese
  • 1 cup sautéed veggies
  • 1/2 cup smoked meats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 cup yogurt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to the required temperature. Lightly coat your baking dish with oil or non-stick spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, gently combine the base ingredients: flour, eggs, and milk. It’s okay if the mixture has some lumps, just don’t overmix!
  3. Carefully fold in your selected toppings such as fruits, nuts, or chocolate chips into the batter.
  4. Pour the batter into your prepared dish, smoothing out the top for even cooking.
  5. Bake for the specified time, watching carefully until the dish turns a lovely golden color.
  6. Once cooked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

This dish can be customized to suit personal preferences. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
