  • ½ cup grated cheese (cheddar, pepper jack, or gruyere)
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh herbs (thyme or rosemary)
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven or air fryer to 375°F (190°C). If desired, line a baking sheet or air fryer basket with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together the egg, grated cheese, fresh herbs, salt, black pepper, and a pinch of cayenne in a mixing bowl.
