Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes or strips
  • 30 slices pepperoni
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and position a rack in the center.
  2. Lightly flour a work surface and roll out the pizza dough to about 1/8–1/4 inch thick.
  3. Cut the dough into roughly 2½–3 inch squares.
  4. Place 2–3 slices of pepperoni and a piece of mozzarella in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling to make a pouch and pinch the seams tightly to seal.
  6. Place each sealed ball seam-side down on a lined baking sheet with some space between them.
  7. Brush the tops with olive oil, then sprinkle Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese over each.
  8. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown. Let rest for 2–3 minutes before serving.
