A creamy, cheesy pasta casserole with cooked pasta, tender chicken, steamed broccoli, and a crunchy breadcrumb top, perfect for a comforting family dinner.

  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, chopped chicken, steamed broccoli, and Alfredo sauce. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs with olive oil, then spread evenly over the pasta mixture.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and crispy.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Use al dente pasta to prevent mushiness. You can prep this casserole a day in advance and store it in the refrigerator before baking.
