  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil
  • Pasta or baked potato for serving

Instructions

  1. Warm olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Sear them until they turn golden brown and are cooked through. Once done, remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, toss in the minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  4. Add the fresh spinach, cooking it down until it wilts.

  6. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, spooning the creamy sauce over the top.
