  • 2 lbs chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine chicken thighs with soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until hot.
  3. Add marinated chicken to the hot skillet and sear each piece for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
  4. Toss in sliced bell pepper, onion, and broccoli. Stir-fry for an additional 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender yet crisp.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot over a bed of cooked rice.

Notes

For a healthier option, swap chicken thighs for chicken breasts or add more vegetables like carrots and zucchini.
