Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cottage cheese, eggs, and chopped bacon in a mixing bowl.
  3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper, stirring until well combined.
  4. Fold in any chopped vegetables if desired.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about three-quarters full.
