  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the cottage cheese, all-purpose flour, egg, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl until a soft dough forms.
  3. Mix in your favorite herbs or spices for flavor.
  4. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
  5. Place the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
