Instructions

  1. Season the cubed chicken with salt, paprika, and black pepper, ensuring each piece is well coated.
  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken in a single layer within the skillet, cooking undisturbed until the bottoms are golden brown.
  4. Flip the chicken pieces to cook on the other side until they’re fully cooked and lightly golden.
  5. Lower the heat and add in the cottage cheese, stirring gently as it warms up.
  6. Gradually sprinkle in the Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce evenly coats the chicken.
