A whimsical and festive champagne drink garnished with cotton candy, perfect for celebrations.

Ingredients

  • Champagne
  • Vanilla Icing
  • Seasonal Sprinkles
  • Champagne Coupes

Instructions

  1. Chill champagne coupes in the fridge or freezer for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Spread a thin, even layer of vanilla icing around the edge of each coupe.
  3. Press the iced rim into a shallow bowl of seasonal sprinkles until coated.
  4. Pour chilled champagne into each glass to just below the rim, taking care not to disturb the rim.
  5. Place a small tuft of cotton candy on top of each glass right before serving.

Notes

It’s best to serve immediately for the best visual and textural effect. For a less sweet option, use brut champagne and skip the cotton candy.
