A delightful breakfast treat with fluffy scrambled eggs, savory ground pork sausage, crispy bacon, and sharp cheddar in Hawaiian rolls.

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 6 large eggs, scrambled
  • 1 pound ground pork sausage
  • 6 slices crispy bacon
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground pork sausage until browned and fully cooked.
  2. In another pan, scramble the eggs until fluffy and cooked through.
  3. Fry the bacon until crispy; remove and let drain on paper towels.
  4. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
  5. On the bottom half of each roll, layer the sausage, then the scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and top with sharp cheddar cheese.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls back on each sandwich.
  7. For an extra melty finish, bake in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
