Delicious breakfast sliders with fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, gooey cheddar cheese, and savory ranch butter on soft Hawaiian rolls.

  • 6 fluffy scrambled eggs
  • 6 slices of crispy bacon
  • 1 cup of gooey cheddar cheese
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1/4 cup of savory ranch butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Place on paper towels to absorb excess grease.
  3. Scramble the eggs in a mixing bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper until fully cooked.
  4. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and arrange the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  5. Layer the scrambled eggs evenly on top of the rolls, followed by crispy bacon and a generous amount of gooey cheddar cheese.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls back on, and drizzle with savory ranch butter.
