Delicious and easy-to-make chicken tenders coated in a creamy dressing and crispy Ritz crackers, perfect for busy weeknights or gatherings.

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until smooth.
  4. Coat each chicken tender in the creamy mayo mixture.
  5. Dredge the coated chicken tenders in crushed Ritz crackers.
  6. Arrange the tenders on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and reaching an internal temperature of 165°F.
  8. Once baked, let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes
