Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 orange (zested and juiced)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Optional toppings: nuts, seeds, or yogurt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with oil or butter.

  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, maple syrup, orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until just combined—don’t overmix!
  5. Gently fold in the cranberries, ensuring they’re evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  6. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
