Delightful cheesy bagels infused with crispy bacon, perfect for brunch or a comforting snack.

  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices crispy bacon, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, chopped chives, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Take each bagel half and generously spread the cheesy bacon mixture on top.
  4. Place the bagel halves on a baking sheet and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for easier mixing. Feel free to substitute bacon with turkey bacon or try different cheeses for variation.
