Creamy and refreshing dairy-free yogurt bites, perfect for a guilt-free summer treat.

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh fruit (like berries or mango)
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts or granola (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the dairy-free yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Gently fold in your choice of fresh fruit and any optional nuts or granola.
  3. Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or mini muffin tins for easy removal.
  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until the bites are completely solid.
  5. To serve, simply pop the frozen bites out of the molds and enjoy your refreshing treat!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months. For creamier bites, use high-quality yogurt with a thick consistency.
