Succulent chicken breasts bathed in a rich, velvety garlic and parmesan sauce that transforms ordinary weeknight dinners into something special.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper. Cook them for about 6-7 minutes on each side until they’re golden brown.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
  4. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine.
  6. Gradually add the grated parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until melted and creamy.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating with the sauce. Let it cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to reheat.
  8. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Make sure the chicken is at room temperature before cooking. For a lighter option, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half or Greek yogurt.
