  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups ramen noodles
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat a splash of oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Once done, set them aside.
  2. In the same pot, introduce the minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and soy sauce. Mix well and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to the package instructions until tender.
  5. Lower the heat and gently stir in the heavy cream. Return the chicken to the pot to warm through and absorb the flavors.
  6. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.

Notes

For vegetarian variation, substitute chicken with tofu. Use low-fat cream for a lighter option.
