A delightful dish featuring tender chicken thighs enveloped in a rich creamy sauce with garlic and Parmesan.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear the chicken thighs for about 4-5 minutes on each side until nicely browned.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Return seared chicken thighs to the skillet, ensuring they’re well coated in the sauce.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For lighter options, substitute half and half or coconut milk for the heavy cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
