Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels, then season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil and sear the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, paprika, and Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  5. Place the seared chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the creamy sauce evenly over them.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. Once baked, garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Feel free to swap the Parmesan cheese with a dairy-free alternative or adjust the spices to match your taste preferences. For extra flavor, consider adding a splash of white wine to the cream sauce.
