A comforting and flavorful creamy chicken dish perfect for weeknight dinners.

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through; then remove and set aside.
  3. Prepare the sauce by adding the ranch dressing mix and heavy cream to the same skillet; stir to combine and simmer.
  4. Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over it, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve with your favorite sides, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Reheat in a skillet or microwave before serving.
