  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs until well blended.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  5. Dip each chicken breast into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off. Then coat with the breadcrumb mixture thoroughly.
  6. Lightly brush the coated chicken with olive oil.
  7. Arrange the chicken cutlets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and fully cooked.
  9. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For added flavor, consider using gluten-free breadcrumbs or Italian seasoning. To reheat leftovers, use the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
