  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 tortillas (whole wheat or regular)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Various toppings (e.g., lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, sauce)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly coat each chicken breast with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  4. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes. After resting, slice it into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Take each tortilla and layer it with some of the sliced chicken, a generous handful of mozzarella cheese, and any additional toppings you desire.
  6. Roll each tortilla tightly and place them back in the air fryer. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the wraps are golden and crispy.
