A quick and easy recipe for tender chicken breasts coated in a crispy, cheesy crust, perfect for weeknight dinners.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Dip each chicken breast into the mixture, ensuring it’s well-coated.
  4. Arrange the coated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket and lightly spray them with cooking spray.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through to achieve an even, golden exterior.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra crunch, add some panko breadcrumbs to the mayonnaise mixture. Let the chicken marinate in the coating for an hour for more flavor.
