  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix together the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese in a shallow bowl.
  4. Dip each chicken breast into the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  5. Heat the olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat.
